John Raffaelli from Into the Blue assisted us with our business start-up.

We found John to be very meticulous, and his advice, experience and knowledge was invaluable.

John always went the extra mile in his work with us and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing expert business advice.

John helped me put together a robust business plan for my company in just under three weeks. John’s proven business experience provided an invaluable source of expert advice to strengthen my approach and help structure my concept into a well-considered strategy.

I would strongly recommend ‘Into the Blue’ to any business serious about planning for success.

John Raffaelli

I established Into The Blue NZ Limited in 1997 as my inclination is to work in and with businesses – from start-ups to large organisations – to understand their processes, culture and how they arrived at their current destination. From there, I develop strategies, business plans and new or improved processes to drive the business forward.

A key driver for me is to educate my clients to be AGILE; that is, I give them tools to keep ahead of the game in a constantly changing economic / business environment. A good example of this is managing the effects of low unemployment and skill shortages and how they affect the traditional employee / subcontractor model.
