Change Management – rebranded to Transformational Management in the 2010s – is not a new concept. It has been around since the dawn of time.  If we can’t adapt and adjust to the changing environment, then we will not survive.  Hence the many extinctions of both species and businesses.

• Employee expectations
• Government policies
• Global influence
• Climate change
