I established Into The Blue NZ Limited in 1997 as my inclination is to work in and with the business to understand its processes, culture and how it arrived at its current destination in order to develop strategies, business plans and new or improved processes to drive the business forward.

I can assist with keeping abreast of the changing economic / business environment i.e. the effects of low unemployment and skill shortages and how it affects the traditional employee / subcontractor model.  

Into the Blue NZ Limited is registered and approved with NZTE through the Regional Business Partner Network for provision of business advisory services (subsidies available) in both Auckland and Whangarei.

What is a Business Advisor?
A business advisor understands your challenges in business and has the experience to work alongside you in the business.  Practical and knowledgeable an advisor should be able to provide solutions to your problems
How Do I Know if Business advisor Is Right for Me?
We offer an initial no cost discussion, this usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour where we see if there is a need for our services. A no cost business proposal will be prepared to give you an idea of the proposed solutions.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
We prefer to work  with established companies but this includes all levels of business, from Owner/Operators to Large Multinationals.
Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
Yes, Advisory services are usually ongoing, however there are often one off projects that can be contracted for a specific time and rate.
Do You Invest time In Startup Companies?
Yes but – there are costs you should be aware of depending on what you want to achieve.  After an initial consultation we would require an up front payment for a business plan.

We have a start up brochure that you can download.  This will give you information on the free advice offered by the New Zealand Government, and other mentoring programmes if you have an idea you wish to explore.
